Today we will be showcasing one of the SKB 3I Series Injection Molded Mil-Standard Waterproof Cases, the SKB 3I-4214-5B. This SKB case is molded from an extremely high-strength polypropylene copolymer resin which features a sleek gasketed, water and dust resistant, submersible design. Like all SKB cases, this case not only is it dust and water proof, but is also resistant to corrosion, impact damage, UV, solvents, and fungus.
For its closures it offers its user a continuous molded-in hinge, "trigger release" latch system (patent pending), a comfortable snap-down rubber over-molded cushion grip handle, and an automatic ambient pressure equalization valve.
