Did you know that in addition to custom cases we also create custom foam inserts? Based on your items dimensional requirements and/or working directly with your existing drawings, we can create a custom foam insert for your custom case using our specialized 3-D modeling program. If you don't have existing drawings or know the dimensional requirements, don't worry. We will work closely with you to create a design made specifically for your valuable items, tools, equipment, supplies, etc... Our ultimate goal is to make the entire development process run as seamlessly as possible, while creating and delivering a quality product.
Types of Case Foam
We work with an assortment of closed cell and open cell foams which offer you varying degrees of protection for the contents of your case. We can assist you with selecting the proper foam packaging for your application. Our selection of foam includes:

- Polyurathane
- Croslink/EVA
- Anti-Static
- Flock/Velvet
